The first day

Fifth Day
Breakfast: one glass of juice Walnut, one “Melba toast-” hot tea (better – green) or decaffeinated coffee.
Lunch: a complex salad made from half a teacup of boiled shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes and boiled mushrooms (you can add ready-calorie dressing), some soft drink without sugar.

Sixth Day

Lunch: one tea cup salad “Grace” * with dressing “Dijon”, some soft drink without sugar.
Dinner: piece of chicken breast, baked in the oven or electrical grill, one tea cup broccoli or cauliflower usual, steamed, two “Melba toast-” some soft drink without sugar.
* Salad “Grace”
– Half a can of tuna (200g net), canned in its own juice;
– Finely chopped white of one boiled chicken eggs;
– Tea cup chopped green pea pods (raw or steamed).
