Menu:
1 – Kefir day
1 liter of low-fat yogurt 1 or 2.5% fat;
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
Herbal tea without sugar.
2 – day fruit
4-6 medium-sized oranges;
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
Herbal tea without sugar
3 – day curd
2-3 packs of low fat cottage cheese (250 g);
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
Herbal tea without sugar
4 – Vegetable day
0.5-1 liter. Bank squash caviar;
Herbal tea without sugar
5 – Chocolate Day
100 grams of chocolate without any additives;
herbal tea without sugar.
6 – apple day
1-1.5 kilograms of green apples peeled
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;

7 – cheesy day
300 grams of solid low-fat cheese;
herbal tea without sugar
8 – Vegetable day
1 liter of tomato juice;
vegetable salad of any vegetables, except potatoes, dressing – the lemon juice with a tablespoon of sunflower oil;

9 – meat day
400 grams of boiled lean beef;
1 tablespoon. spoon of sunflower oil;
herbal tea without sugar
10 – Vegetable day
Vegetable salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, parsley, dill, celery and sunflower oil without salt;

11 – day curd
2-3 packs of low fat cottage cheese (250 gr.)
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
herbal tea without sugar.
12 – day fruit
1 kilogram of fresh plums (prunes or 0.5 kg);
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
herbal tea without sugar.
To achieve maximum efficiency in this, as indeed in many other diets, the necessary conditions is some physical activity: move more, hiking, cycling and roller skating and winter go out on the ice rink and ski runs.
