Daily diet:
Breakfast – egg or a slice of cheese, a slice of lean cooked meat, brown bread (50g) unsweetened juice (half a cup), coffee or tea without sugar.
Snack – vegetable salad, cheese and egg with black bread, not any very sweet fruit, tea without sugar or yogurt.
Lunch – lean meat or fish, not any very sweet fruit, vegetable or fruit salad with olive oil, vegetable soup can.
Dinner – yogurt or warm milk.
