Dr. Hay diet (avoiding sweet)

Ban with this diet get sugar and all that it contains: pies, cakes, cookies, ice cream and other goodies. For sweet dishes, according to the principles of this system, and products are made ​​with white flour. Excluded so-called “dead products”: industrial canned sauces, all kinds of “diet” yogurts, margarines, food additives, sweeteners and numerous salt, sodas. No restrictions of meat, fish, sweet fruits, cereals. Eat as much as you want your only confuse correctly.

Example menu for two weeks:

Day One:
For breakfast: Natural yogurt with fresh strawberry slices.
