Exercises for stomach
Today I will give you exercises for slimming the abdomen.
There will be only a few, but they are effective, so this will be enough.
So:
1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Just draw the belly and at the same strain it. Hold for 10 seconds and exhale. We perform the exercise 30 times.
2) Lie on your back. Put your hands under the ass. Raises legs up. Make such rises by 2 sets of 20 times.
3) Exercise, as well as 2, but the legs are breeding in the hand, or alternatively lower the legs. You feel like your stomach starts to strain.
This is the most effective and proven exercises. The result will be noticeable.
