Food Stamp Diet
To date, only some diets for weight loss is not.
But I want to cite the example of yet another diet, the so-called diet doctors,which is designed for 14 days.
So:
1) On day 1, 3, 8, 10, 14, you should use only mineral water 1 cup 6 times a day.
2) On the 2nd and 5th day should eat milk, but not more than a liter and 1 apple.
3) On day 4, you can eat vegetable salad dressed with oil. Divide the salad into 4 parts, to be able to eat 4 times a day. And to drink 2 glasses of mineral water or tea without sugar.
4) On the second day, you can have:
1 egg for breakfast and tea.
Snack of vegetable broth.
For lunch, boiled meat and peas 100g.
Apple for dinner.
5) On the 7th day use throughout the day milk, cottage cheese and yogurt, divide them into small equal portions.And 1 cup of tea without sugar.
6) On the 9th and 12th day of milk is not more than a liter and 1 apple.
7) On day 11, use a salad of greens, seasoned with vegetable oil, divided by all day and drink mineral water.
8) On day 13, you can:
For breakfast, 1 boiled egg.
100g cottage cheese for lunch.
And drinking mineral water but no gas.
That’s the whole diet doctors. It will be hard at first, but then you get used to.
