Grapefruit Diet

A diet designed for a week, when all of the requirements may lose weight up to 4 kg. As it is necessary to strictly limit the use of salt, replacing it with herbs. If a strong hunger between meals say 1 cup nonfat yogurt.

1 day
Breakfast:
1 grapefruit or grapefruit juice of one without the addition of sugar, 50 gr. lean meat, freshly brewed coffee or green tea.
Lunch:
1 grapefruit, fresh vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice, tea, coffee there.
Dinner:
Baked chicken, vegetable salad with lemon juice, tea with a spoonful of honey.
After 7mi pm you can eat half a grapefruit.

Day 2
Breakfast:
1 grapefruit (or juice), two soft-boiled eggs, coffee or green tea.
Lunch:
1 grapefruit, 100 g low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner:
Boiled or baked fish, vegetable salad with lemon dressing (available in 1 teaspoon of olive oil), loaf, tea with a spoonful of honey.

Day 3
Breakfast:
1 grapefruit or juice from it, 2 tablespoons of cereal with low fat yogurt or yogurt, tea or coffee.
Lunch:
1 grapefruit, vegetarian soup with crispbread, coffee or tea.
Dinner:
Boiled or baked chicken, 2 tomatoes, tea with honey.
At night – half a grapefruit.

Day 4
Breakfast:
Grapefruit, 1 boiled egg, lemon tea or coffee.
Lunch:
1 grapefruit, vegetable salad, coffee or tea.
Dinner:
Vegetable stew, tea or coffee with a spoonful of honey and lemon.
At night – half a grapefruit or grapefruit juice.

Day 5
Breakfast:
Salad of grapefruit, banana, apple, tea or coffee.
Lunch: Vegetable salad with lemon-olive dressing, tea or coffee.
Dinner:
Grilled meats or fish, tomato juice.
At night – half a grapefruit.

6 and 7
Any day of the diet of choice.
