Hollywood diet

Hollywood diet – for foodies. It is based on products, more recently, we considered exotic. this pineapple moreprodutkty (mussels, oysters), papaya, salmon. A calorie counting is not necessary. In earlier times, yet it was believed that the enzymes in the exotic fruit can help in burning fat. Although already decades ago, this enzyme theory exposed as pure nonsense, it still lasted until the present day. Hollywood diet success was achieved thanks to the glory of Hollywood stars who have kept on such a diet harmony of its lines. Why do not we try?

They who could afford to lose weight with the help of oysters. Many others such a diet would be too expensive. Therefore, sooner or later, there was a variation of the stellar menu available. General rules of the Hollywood diet: reduce salt intake, eliminate sugar, abandon products containing starch and fats (bread, butter – even vegetable).

Breakfast is always the same – two oranges, tea or coffee.

First day:
lunch – two oranges, two boiled eggs, tomato, 40 grams of peeled almonds, a cup of coffee;
dinner – chicken cutlet, tomato, small cucumber, vegetable salad without oil and sugar, grapefruit.

Second day:
lunch – egg (omit for a few seconds in boiling water), grapefruit, a cup of black coffee;
Dinner – 150 grams of beef (boiled or steamed), green salad without oil and sugar, a cup of tea without sugar.

Third day:
lunch – scrambled eggs from one egg, tomato, a little boiled cabbage or cauliflower, a cup of black coffee;
Dinner – 150 grams of boiled lean fish (fillet) with ketchup, cucumber, a cup of tea without sugar.

Fourth day:
lunch – grapefruit, celery salad and cabbage dressed with a mixture of sour milk and vinegar, a cup of unsweetened tea or a glass of water;
Dinner – boiled egg. 140 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with cumin and sweet pepper, 100 grams of grated carrots with lemon juice.

Fifth day:
Lunch – 2 egg whites, boiled, 100 grams of boiled parsley, a cup of unsweetened tea or coffee;
Dinner – 200 grams of boiled chicken, lettuce.

Sixth day:
Lunch – 200 grams of fruit salad of apples, oranges, grapefruit and nuts;
dinner – 150-200 grams of boiled lean fish, stewed mushrooms 60 grams, a cup of unsweetened tea or coffee.

Seventh day:
Lunch – 100 grams of low fat cottage cheese with beaten egg, a cup of vegetable broth with garlic;
dinner – fruit salad, a glass of low-fat yogurt.
