Joan Lunden Diet
Diet for three days:
Day One
Breakfast: half a melon, half yoghurt pots.
Lunch: Salad with slices of kiwi, oranges and strawberries, mixed with the contents of one package of yogurt.
Dinner: half a grapefruit, 170 gr. lean chicken meat, vegetable salad dressed with lemon juice.
Dessert: 2 plums.
Second Day
Breakfast: A cup of berries, mixed with a quarter cup of cereal (“Grand-la”).
Dinner: A few slices of pineapple.
Dinner: 1 orange, sliced 170 grams of turkey breast with lettuce.
Dessert: 2 nectarines.
Day Three
Breakfast: A few slices of watermelon, a cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt.
Lunch: Puree the pulp of one banana and one cup of strawberries, dressed with apple juice.
Dinner: 170 gr. fish (halibut or turbot), soaked in lemon juice;
cup of Brussels sprouts.
Dessert: A cup of cold yogurt with any berries.
