Orange diet
Oranges – not only a source of vitamin C, but also a product that combined with animal protein increases the hormone that promotes fat burning. Oranges also remove toxins and waste products from the body.
A diet designed for three weeks, with a daily calorie 1200 kcal. Approximate weight loss on this diet – minus 8-10 kg.
First week
Every three hours you must eat one orange (only 1 kg per day). In addition, the daily menu – two boiled eggs and two liters of pure water without gas. The next two weeks will be more humane.
The second week
Must upotreblyat1 kg of oranges a day and drink water, is also permitted on the water portion of porridge. Porridge can be neutral or slightly salty, but not sweet. Dinner: boiled piece of lean pork, mashed potatoes, steamed zucchini and carrots. Cup of yogurt, 100 grams of fresh pineapple, orange.
Day 3
Breakfast: two slices of bread with butter and two slices of cheese, a slice of melon.
Lunch: salad of boiled beets, carrots and greens, a portion of rice with beef, orange.
Dinner: a little boiled chicken with sweet peppers, boiled brussels sprouts and broccoli, orange.
This diet is not allowed to practice more than twice a month.
Contraindications Diet prohibited for people suffering from allergies to citrus. Also, if you see redness or skin rash, discontinue the diet. Regular consumption of so many oranges can cause hives, even in a healthy person.
