Vegetarian Diet

Diet is designed for those who adhere to a vegetarian diet, as well as to cleanse the body.

A diet designed for 4 weeks, promises to loss 6-10 pounds.

General recommendations for each day:

– Low-fat milk as the additive into the tea or coffee – 250 ml;
– Mineral water without gas – in any amount;
– A glass of dry wine.

Breakfast
15-20 minutes before meals on an empty stomach, drink a glass of water with the juice of ½ lemon, sweetened with sugar substitute or a teaspoon of honey. 30 grams of cereal or other dry cereal, sugar-free salad 1st apple, orange, melon slices, raspberries, blueberries (optional).
Lunch
Something sweet: a few bars of chocolate biscuits.
Lunch
Vegetable salad + choice:
– 200 grams of potatoes in their jackets with the addition of 10 grams of margarine and 15 grams of cheese durum;
– Noodles made from wheat flour, seasoned tomato sauce with garlic, herbs and 50 grams of shrimp.
Afternoon snack
Apple or pear.
Dinner
Vegetables, steamed or steam without adding oil + plus your choice:
– 150 grams of fish baked in foil with onions, lemon juice watered;
– 125 grams of boiled beans and toast bread with bran and whole grains;
– Braised cauliflower with cheese sauce (12 grams of margarine, dessert spoon of flour, 250 ml milk, 25 grams of cheese durum);
– 75 grams (dry form) pasta made from wheat flour with 75 grams of shrimp or tuna with tomato sauce, garlic and herbs.
